Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for members via telephone, email, fax, web chat, and electronic mail.
- Accurately research member information using internal systems, policy manuals, and regulatory guidelines to resolve inquiries promptly.
- Educate members on plan benefits, coverage options, and claim processes, ensuring they understand their rights and responsibilities.
- Escalate sensitive or complex issues to senior specialists while maintaining ownership of the case until resolution.
- Stay current with evolving state and federal regulations, adapting daily workflows to remain compliant.
- Proactively recommend additional products or services that align with member needs, enhancing satisfaction and contributing to transaction profitability.
- Document all interactions in the customer relationship management (CRM) system with precision and professionalism.

Essential Qualifications
