The Remote Customer Service Consultant position is the vital bridge between our digital storefront and the physical showroom. - Engage with inbound customers via phone, chat, and email to uncover their vehicle preferences, budget constraints, and lifestyle needs.

- Facilitate the end‑to‑end sales process, including online appraisals, finance applications, trade‑in evaluations, and scheduling of vehicle delivery or in‑store appointments.
- Ensure a frictionless transition from digital interaction to physical purchase, coordinating with showroom teams to guarantee a consistent, high‑quality experience.
