As a Customer Care Voice Associate, you will be the trusted voice that guides members through the intricacies of health insurance benefits, eligibility verification, and claim status inquiries. This role is fully remote, but candidates must reside in Rhode Island, Connecticut, or Massachusetts and be prepared to travel to our Providence, RI office when required for training, team meetings, or special projects.
