Position Overview: Remote Customer Service Representative – Member Operations

careerzynith is expanding its Caremark Member Operations division and is actively hiring motivated, compassionate, and resourceful Remote Customer Care Representatives based within 75 miles of Orlando, Florida. As we strategically staff our operations to match call volume, you may experience periods of increased or reduced hours, with advance notice provided in every case. Your base schedule will be selected at the time of offer, with the understanding that some variability is part of our commitment to serving members when they need us most.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive pay structure starting at $17.50 per hour, with the typical pay range for this role falling between $17.00 and $25.65 per hour, depending on experience, education, and other relevant factors.
