Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted email campaigns using Mailshake
- Write compelling, engaging email content that drives responses and conversions
- Optimize email sequences and automation to maximize engagement
- Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, reply rates, conversions) and make data-driven improvements
- A/B test subject lines, messaging, and cadence to enhance effectiveness
- Ensure email deliverability best practices to avoid spam filters
- Work closely with our team to align messaging with business goals
Skills
- Proven experience with Mailshake and email outreach automation tools
- Strong copywriting and email content creation skills
- Experience in lead generation and prospect engagement
- Ability to analyze email metrics and improve performance
- Knowledge of email compliance (CAN-SPAM, GDPR best practices)
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented
