They are seeking a Client Services/Sales Specialist who will be responsible for managing the sales process, ensuring a great client experience, and improving the firm's sales funnel.
Responsibilities
- Perform initial consultations by phone and video conference
- Oversee the preparation and sending of client engagement agreements for e-signature
- Update sales documents and communications
- Follow up with prospective clients
- Follow up with new clients to ensure satisfaction with services
- Manage annual client renewals
- Manage outreach efforts to help with firm’s online reviews campaign
- Conduct monthly meetings to discuss quality & volume of leads through various lead sources
- Network with schools and providers
- Recommend adjustments to the sales process and marketing campaigns
- Ensure proper handover of clients to the legal team
- Fully onboard new clients, complete file opening and closing procedures
- Keep track of leads pipeline in CRM
- Keep track of inbound and outbound referrals and referral sources
- Document and update the firm’s sales procedures, scripts and materials related to the role
- Provide training and support to intake team
- Contribute to marketing initiatives and monthly newsletters
- Perform additional duties as needed
Skills
- Minimum 2-3 years sales experience for professional services and/or high ticket items required
- Real-life experience in navigating personal struggles and overcoming obstacles that has enabled you to show empathy to others going through similar hardship
