Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, evaluate, direct the client’s fiscal function and performance
- Participate in the development of the client’s organization’s plans
- Evaluate and advise of the impact of decisions, impact of new products, ventures, etc
- Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports, and financial trends to CEO and Board
- Enhance and enforce policies and procedures that will improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness of the company
- Be a developer of solutions to challenges
- Optimize the Treasury functions
- Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and forecasting models
- Analyze, advise and execute on any contracts
- Evaluation of the finance and accounting structure and plan for continuous improvement
- Financial reporting and analysis
- Manage accounting personnel: A/R Specialist, Bookkeeper, Payroll, etc
- Oversee the Human Resources Department, if needed
- Participate and oversee the raising of capital to fund growth, if needed
- Maintain banking relationships
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 7+ years experience
- Strong communication skills and leadership abilities
