The role involves owning a new-logo pipeline and selling AI production outcomes to mid-market companies, focusing on long-term account relationships.
Responsibilities
- Own new-logo pipeline into the $100M–$1B segment from a standing start
- Sell an outcome — "your AI actually reaches production" — not a license
- Co-sell alongside our Anthropic partner relationships and turn them into deal flow
- Land accounts that become multi-year annuities, not one-and-done deals
Skills
- A hunter who has sold for a company without a famous logo behind you — and won anyway
- Fluent enough in AI/governance to hold your own with a CIO (you don't need to code)
- Comfortable building the motion, not just working inbound leads
- Own new-logo pipeline into the $100M–$1B segment from a standing start
- Sell an outcome — 'your AI actually reaches production' — not a license
- Co-sell alongside our Anthropic partner relationships and turn them into deal flow
- Land accounts that become multi-year annuities, not one-and-done deals
- Experience selling services or solutions through a partner ecosystem (AWS/GCP/Salesforce/SI channel is a big plus)
Benefits
- $250K–$320K OTE uncapped
