Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Heart Centered Leadership Institute (THCLI) focuses on designing organizational architecture for high-performing organizations. They are seeking a Business Development Partner to generate new opportunities and nurture strategic relationships, primarily through engaging with executive-level clients.
Responsibilities
- Generating new opportunities and nurturing strategic relationships for THCLI’s organizational architecture offerings
- Identifying and qualifying prospective clients
- Conducting discovery conversations with CEOs, CHROs, founders, and C-suite teams
- Guiding qualified prospects to a paid Executive Diagnostic Session with Dr. Salman
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to shape proposals
- Managing follow-up and guiding potential clients through the decision-making process
- Tracking pipeline activity and refining outreach strategies based on results
- Contributing insights that align market needs with THCLI’s services
Skills
- Strong Consulting and Sales skills, including client discovery, solution presentation, and relationship management
- Experience in Leadership Development and Training, particularly with executive or C-suite audiences
- Solid Project Management skills to coordinate complex stakeholder conversations and follow-through
- Experience working with senior leaders (CEOs, CHROs, founders, C-suite) in organizational, culture, or strategy initiatives is beneficial
- Ability to work independently in a remote, contract capacity, with excellent communication, listening, and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with B2B professional services, long sales cycles, and consultative selling; prior work in leadership, HR, or organizational development is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, human resources, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
