Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. The Rich Sales is a behavioral and neuro-marketing agency delivering AI-powered growth systems to U.S. real estate agents and agencies. They are seeking a results-driven Business Development Partner to identify, engage, and onboard U.S. real estate professionals as clients.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage prospective real estate agent and agency clients across the U.S. market
- Present The Rich Sales' service offering, including AI automation, social media, and email marketing solutions
- Manage outreach, discovery calls, and proposal delivery through to signed onboarding
- Maintain relationships with onboarded clients to support long-term retention
- Collaborate with the TRS team to ensure smooth handoff and client satisfaction
Skills
- Demonstrated experience in business development, sales, or partnerships, ideally within real estate, marketing, or SaaS
- Strong communication and relationship-management skills
- Self-directed and comfortable working on a performance-based structure
- Existing network or credible access to U.S. real estate agents/agencies preferred
- Familiarity with digital marketing or AI-driven tools is a plus, not required
