As a Global Business Development Manager for Data Centers, you will serve as the primary technical and commercial bridge between Solstice and influential technology architects, driving long-term adoption of advanced low-GWP refrigerant technology.
Responsibilities

- Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Develop and execute strategic plans for business growth
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop innovative solutions

- Negotiate and close business deals
Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or related field. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
- Experience: 10+ years in the data center or semiconductor ecosystem
- Technical Skills: Strong understanding of heat flux, phase change, dielectric properties, and advanced cooling technologies (liquid or two-phase cooling preferred)
- Commercial Skills: Proven ability to navigate complex organizations and build broad stakeholder relationships without a direct sales quota
- Strategic Experience: Background in strategic marketing, business development, or product management with a focus on long-term market development
- Communication: Ability to translate complex technical data into clear and compelling messaging
- Travel Requirements: Ability to represent the company at global industry forums and customer sites
- Operational Conditions: Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly technical, cross-functional environment
- Experience in hyperscaler ecosystems or engagement with leading semiconductor firms
- Advanced expertise in thermal management or data center applications
- Familiarity with industry bodies such as OCP or ASHRAE
- Demonstrated success influencing early-stage technology adoption or roadmap integration
- Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and commercial audiences
- Self-starter mindset with ability to build credibility in new or evolving markets
