The Business Analyst Intern will analyze real customer interactions and operational data to improve customer experience and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Listen to and review drive-thru orders handled by our AI system
- Analyze interactions between customers, staff, and the AI
- Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in ordering behavior
- Surface moments of friction, confusion, and success
- Evaluate upsell performance and customer response
- Document structured insights for product and operations teams
- Flag urgent issues in real time when needed
- Conduct in-store observations at restaurant locations depending on business needs and location
