Position Overview

As a valued member of Team careerzynith, you will serve as the first point of contact for members enrolled in a healthcare insurance program. Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, your day-to-day duties will include:

• Assisting Spanish and English-speaking customers with questions, concerns, and issues they may experience while using healthcare products and services

Essential Qualifications
