Position Overview
As a Customer Care Resolution Coordinator at careerzynith, you will serve as the first point of contact for our valued customers, retail store partners, and internal associates. Your primary responsibility will be to handle a high volume of incoming calls, live chats, and email inquiries while navigating multiple systems and tools to provide accurate information and effective solutions. Essential Requirements
