They are seeking an Associate Product Manager to join their Product team, where the candidate will collaborate with various teams to support consumer-facing experiences and B2B platforms while gaining hands-on experience in product management.
Responsibilities
- Partner with PMs, designers, and engineers to explore problems and shape solutions
- Work directly on high-priority initiatives across our SaaS products
- Support discovery, documentation, and delivery for key product work streams
- Join (and contribute to!) team rituals like sprint planning, retros, and roadmap reviews
- Help scope and ship features from research through release
- Keep the team organized with clear requirements, thoughtful tracking, and great communication
- Bring fresh eyes, user empathy, and curiosity to everything you touch

- Ability to clearly communicate across various technical teams, clients, and stakeholders

- A basic understanding of how software gets built
- Passion for financial wellness, tech-for-good, or startup life
