NAVA Software Solutions is seeking a hands-on Senior AI Engineer to build enterprise AI solutions that transform structured and unstructured healthcare data into actionable clinical and business insights. The role involves designing and deploying Generative AI, NLP, and Machine Learning solutions to automate medical data segmentation and generate intelligent insights.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop AI/GenAI solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, NLP, and Machine Learning
- Build intelligent pipelines to extract, classify, and summarize information from unstructured medical content, including scientific literature, clinical documents, medical inquiries, regulatory submissions, publications, and real-world data
- Develop AI models for disease, therapeutic area, patient, product, and clinical trial segmentation
- Identify emerging medical, scientific, competitive, and regulatory trends through advanced analytics and predictive modeling
- Develop AI-powered dashboards and analytics to measure adoption, business impact, clinical outcomes, and operational efficiency
- Build scalable AI services, APIs, and production-ready ML/LLM pipelines on cloud platforms
- Collaborate with clinicians, medical affairs, data scientists, product managers, and engineering teams to deliver high-value AI solutions
- Ensure AI solutions meet security, privacy, governance, and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, GxP, and Responsible AI principles
Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Bioinformatics, or a related discipline
- 8+ years of software engineering and AI/ML experience, with at least 3 years in Healthcare, Pharma, or Life Sciences
