Visionular Inc. is a growing AI video technology company seeking an ambitious and motivated Account Manager / Sales Manager to join their US team. The role involves building relationships, generating new business opportunities, and supporting customer evaluations while collaborating with various teams to drive customer success.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers throughout the customer lifecycle
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, and lead qualification
- Understand customers' technical and business challenges and communicate the value of Visionular's solutions
- Support the sales process from initial outreach through evaluation, proposal, negotiation, and customer onboarding
- Coordinate customer evaluations and proof-of-concept (PoC) projects with engineering and product teams
- Serve as a trusted point of contact during customer evaluations and help ensure successful deployments
- Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, Marketing, Product, and Engineering to drive customer success and revenue growth
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity records using CRM tools
- Participate in customer meetings, industry conferences, webinars, and occasional travel
- Continuously expand your knowledge of video technology, AI, streaming media, and Visionular's products
Skills
- 5 years of experience in business development, sales development, account management, customer success, or another customer-facing B2B role
- A proactive hunter mindset with a passion for generating new business opportunities and building customer relationships
- Strong interest in technology and enthusiasm for learning new technical concepts
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders
- Experience as a BDR, SDR, Account Manager, or in a similar role is highly preferred
- Experience in or exposure to media technology, streaming, cloud infrastructure, SaaS, AI, video platforms, or related industries is preferred
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Familiarity with streaming media, cloud video workflows, broadcasting, CDN, video processing, AI, or related technologies
- Experience supporting technical product evaluations or proof-of-concept projects is a plus
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar tools is a plus
