Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. CaaB is a cloud infrastructure provider offering simple, flexible IaaS solutions for MSPs, resellers, and technology partners. They are seeking a proven Account Executive who can prospect, build partner relationships, create opportunities, and close new business.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new MSP and reseller partner opportunities
- Build relationships with business owners, decision-makers, and sales leaders
- Lead discovery calls to understand partner needs, pain points, and business goals
- Present CaaB’s value proposition clearly and confidently
- Manage opportunities from first conversation through close
- Negotiate and close new partner business
- Maintain strong follow-up and accurate pipeline activity
- Work with internal technical, support, and leadership teams as needed
Skills
- Proven sales experience in an Account Executive, business development, or similar role
- Proven ability to close deals and move opportunities from qualified stage to closed business
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Comfortable prospecting and creating new opportunities
- Strong closing ability and confidence asking for the business
- Excellent communication, listening, and relationship-building skills
- Organized, reliable, and able to manage a sales pipeline independently
- Motivated, coachable, and comfortable working in a remote environment
- Experience in any of the following is an asset, but not required: MSP, reseller, VAR, or channel sales
- Technology, cloud, infrastructure, hosting, backup, cybersecurity, telecom, SaaS, or IT services sales
- Selling to business owners, IT providers, or technical decision-makers
