Job description: We’re looking for experienced drivers to join our Midwest Regional Fleet. If you want to enjoy weekly home time, great pay, and a supportive work environment, this is the opportunity for you!Job Details:Home Time: Enjoy weekly home time with 34-hour resets.Freight: 100% no-touch freight, with 50-60% drop & hook and 40-50% live unload.Miles: Average 2,200 miles per week.Pay: From $0.57 to $0.64 per mile, based on experience.Weekly Pay: $1,200 to $1,500 gross per week.Average Haul: 300 miles per load.Additional Pay & Bonuses:Detention Pay: $12.50 per hour after 2 hours.Layover/Breakdown Pay: $100 per day.Sign-On Bonus: $500 after your first load, and another $500 after 30 days (must be active and seated at the time of payout).Performance Bonus: Earn up to 3 additional CPM based on safety, mileage, and productivity.What We Offer:Equipment: Drive a 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia or Kenworth.Support: 24/7 operations support to assist you whenever needed.Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision benefits kick in after 30 days of employment.Vacation: Paid vacation after one year of service.Requirements:Valid CDL-A.Minimum 21 years of age.At least 3 months of tractor-trailer experience, trailers must be greater than 40 feet.No major moving violations in the past 3 years.No DUI/DWI in the past 5 years.Must pass a pre-employment drug test.Ready to drive with us?
