Quality Improvement Analyst IIThe Quality Improvement Analyst II is responsible for performing comprehensive data analysis and visualization to support health care quality improvement initiatives using tools such as Tableau, SQL, SNOWFLAKE, and Databricks. This role involves synthesizing and analyzing health care quality metrics, developing dashboards, and providing data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions. The analyst will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, serve as a subject matter expert on clinical quality measures, and ensure compliance with analytic components regulatory deliverables.

Estimated Hiring Range:

$92,070.00 - $112,530.00

Bonus Target:

Bonus - SIP Target, 5% Annual
