Role Overview
The Product Operations Specialist is a pivotal member of careerzynith’s Product Operations team, responsible for the end‑to‑end management of our marketplace inventory—including lodging, vehicle rentals, insurance, and ancillary services. This remote position offers a competitive hourly rate of $25 and a full‑time schedule of 8 hours per day. Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Create, maintain, and update supplier profiles within the careerzynith marketplace platform, ensuring that all contract details, parent/chain relationships, and inventory allocations are accurately reflected.
- Pricing & Rules Configuration: Set up and maintain pricing rules, discount structures, and other selling policies for each supplier, guaranteeing competitive offers while protecting margin.
- Electronic Supplier Integration: Design and implement configuration standards for all electronically connected suppliers, ensuring seamless data flow and real‑time availability.
- New Supplier Onboarding: Manage the product onboarding workflow for new suppliers, from data ingestion to live activation, while adhering to compliance and quality standards.
