About the Role Our client, a globally recognized management consulting firm, is seeking a highly accomplished Principal Management Consultant to spearhead technology strategy initiatives. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to contribute from anywhere within the US. You will be instrumental in advising C-suite executives and senior leadership on leveraging technology to achieve strategic business objectives, drive innovation, and enhance competitive advantage. This role demands a strategic thinker with deep expertise in IT infrastructure, digital platforms, cloud computing, and emerging technologies. As a remote-first member of our team, you will lead virtual project teams, manage client relationships remotely, and contribute to the firm's intellectual capital through thought leadership and knowledge sharing. Key Responsibilities Lead engagements focused on developing and executing comprehensive technology strategies for clients. Assess current IT landscapes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement in alignment with business goals. Advise clients on technology investments, digital transformation roadmaps, and IT modernization efforts. Develop frameworks for evaluating new technologies and their potential impact on the business. Manage complex, multi-disciplinary consulting projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction. Build and maintain strong, trusted advisor relationships with key client stakeholders. Mentor and develop a team of talented consultants, fostering their growth in technology strategy and consulting skills. Contribute to the firm's intellectual property by developing new methodologies, white papers, and case studies. Participate in business development activities, including developing proposals and presenting capabilities to prospective clients. Requirements MBA or Master's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Bachelor's degree with extensive relevant experience will also be considered. 10+ years of experience in technology consulting, IT strategy, or a senior technology leadership role within industry. Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, enterprise architecture, cloud strategies (AWS, Azure, GCP), cybersecurity, data analytics, and emerging technologies (AI, ML, IoT). Proven ability to develop and articulate complex technology strategies and roadmaps. Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills, with experience presenting to C-level executives. Demonstrated success in leading project teams and managing client relationships in a consulting environment. Strong business acumen and the ability to connect technology solutions to business value.
