- Work directly with clients to gather trip requirements, including destinations, budgets, and preferences
- Research and curate tailored travel itineraries that include transportation, accommodations, tours, and experiences
- Coordinate all bookings using approved vendor platforms
- Maintain up-to-date records of reservations and client communications
- Monitor travel guidelines and provide relevant updates to clients
- Offer support to travelers before and during their trip, ensuring smooth execution of all plans
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with digital tools, online booking systems, or CRM platforms
- Must be at least 18 years old
