This is a remote position. We are looking for a Power Platform Developer to join a fully remote team delivering business-critical solutions using Microsoft’s Power Platform ecosystem. This is a hands-on technical role requiring solid experience with Model-Driven Apps and complex Power Platform implementations. Responsibilities Power Platform Development Design and develop solutions using Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas), with a strong focus on Model-Driven Apps (mandatory). Build and maintain workflows using Power Automate (Cloud). Design and manage Dataverse data models, ensuring scalability and data integrity. Develop and integrate APIs, connectors, plugins, and JavaScript customizations when required. Ensure solutions follow best practices in performance, maintainability, and governance. Architecture & Technical Design Contribute to project setup and technical architecture definition. Design robust and scalable data models within Dataverse. Define integration strategies with external systems. Ensure proper solution structuring, environment management, and deployment practices. Delivery & Quality Participate actively in all project phases: requirements analysis, technical design, development, testing, and user training. Deliver complex solutions with a strong focus on quality, usability, and business value. Support testing activities and ensure solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements. Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to stakeholders and users. Requirements 2+ years of proven professional experience working on Power Platform projects. Strong hands-on experience with: Power Apps (Model-Driven and Canvas) — Model-Driven Apps experience is mandatory. Power Automate (Cloud). Dataverse. APIs, connectors, plugins, and JavaScript customizations. Proven experience delivering complex projects, including: Project setup. Technical architecture design. Data model design.
