SNAPSHOT:
Rate of pay: $20.00 per hour
Contract assignment through the end of 2026
100% remote
Start Date: August 24th
4 weeks of paid on-camera training – Monday to Friday – 8:00am to 4:30pm CST
Office hours: 8:00am to 5:30pm CST
Overtime available during weekdays; voluntary Saturdays
No time off allowed October-December due to AEP

What’s a typical day as a Medicare Agent Representative? You’ll be:
• Handling inbound calls from brokers regarding HealthSpring products, Medicare supplements, and hospital policies.
• Assisting with inquiries about policy status, product availability, and specific supplements.
• Managing a high volume of calls, especially during the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP), with expectations of up to 80 calls per day.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have at least 1 year of experience in a high-volume call center environment (preferred).
• Possess strong technical skills and proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Outlook, and Teams.
• Are adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing demands.
• Familiarity in Medicare terminology being beneficial.
