Are You the One Who Makes Real Estate Marketing Look Effortless?

We work with real estate professionals who are laser-focused on closing deals — but struggle to keep up with all the behind-the-scenes marketing that powers their brand and listings.

They’re overwhelmed by:

They don’t need someone to follow a checklist.
They need someone to take initiative and own the creative execution.

A detail-obsessed, design-forward assistant who makes real estate marketing sharp, polished, and consistent — without being told twice.

What You’ll Actually Be Doing

You won’t just support a real estate business.
You’ll help build the kind of brand that gets properties sold.

You’ll take ownership of:

1. Design & Collateral Creation
● Develop polished one-pagers, listing flyers, branded PDFs, and client-facing marketing assets
● Use professional design tools to bring each property and brand to life visually
● Ensure everything you create aligns with brand guidelines and stands out in a crowded market

2. Email Marketing Campaigns
● Create and manage email marketing campaigns that convert — from just listed alerts to client newsletters
● Use HTML or drag-and-drop builders to design beautiful, responsive emails
● Maintain clean mailing lists and track performance

3. Listing Management & Optimization
● Update property listings across MLS and other platforms with accuracy and speed
● Write compelling listing descriptions and select imagery that attracts attention
● Keep everything current, clean, and ready to impress

4. Social Media Content & Scheduling
● Design and schedule social posts that highlight listings, client success, and market updates
● Align visuals and voice with the agent or brokerage’s brand
● Adapt content for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn

5. Real Estate Marketing Support
● Use tools like Reason to streamline workflows and enhance the marketing engine
● Communicate via Slack with agents and team members to keep priorities aligned
● Adapt quickly to shifting needs in a fast-paced industry

You’ll Love This Role If You…
● Have an eye for modern design and love branding done right
● Thrive in a fast-moving, detail-heavy environment
● Are a strong communicator who loves supporting a bigger mission
● Enjoy combining creativity and structure in everything you do
● Love helping professionals shine — especially in high-stakes industries like real estate

You Might Be a Fit If You’ve…
● Worked in real estate, creative, or marketing support roles
● Designed professional marketing materials using Adobe Suite, Canva, or similar
● Managed listings and platforms in the real estate space
● Written content and emails that actually get read and clicked
● Used Slack, Notion, or Reason to coordinate tasks and collaborate efficiently

This Role Isn’t for You If…
● You don’t enjoy juggling multiple tasks or shifting priorities
● You need step-by-step guidance to complete a project
● You prefer to work solo and avoid collaborative platforms
● You think marketing is just about making things look pretty — not strategic
