Position: Manager, Major Gifts Reports to: Director, Philanthropy Position Term: Full Time Permanent Primary Location: Mississauga, Ontario, Canada Workplace Type: Remote (Within Canada)

Job Purpose

Reporting to the Director, Philanthropy, the Manager, Major Gifts will lead the major gift fundraising efforts of the organization by building and managing relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), securing five- to seven-figure gifts, and supporting the success of World Vision Canada's national campaign. This role plays a key role in shaping philanthropic strategy and driving revenue growth to fund impactful international development programs, while collaborating with the people manager to foster team growth and fundraising excellence.
