This role involves working on domain-specific solutions, including requirements management, solution assessment, and end-user support, while offering flexible schedules and the opportunity for remote work.
Responsibilities
- Work on domain specific solution(s)/application(s)
- Perform solution assessment and validation
- Elicit, analyze, manage, and communicate requirements
- Design and document solution(s)
- Provide end user support
- Conduct moderate troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Develop and maintain basic reports and queries
- Perform basic system configuration
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field
- An equivalent combination of education, experience, training, and/or certifications
- 2 or more years professional level IT/business experience with a minimum of 1 year business analyst experience
- 5 or more years professional level IT/business experience with a minimum of 3 years business analyst experience
- Knowledge of business analyst principles
