Our client is expanding internationally and needs someone to build the pipeline behind that expansion. You'll identify new markets, develop distributor relationships, unlock sustainable commercial opportunities, and strengthen presence with partners and clients who already carry the brand. This role is for someone who owns the full sales cycle from the first conversation through negotiation to a signed contract while energizing a network of distributors across multiple markets and ensuring every partnership stays aligned with group goals. What you will do as an International Business Development Manager... Partner & Network Management Build, manage, and energize a network of distributors across multiple markets Support partners in executing local commercial strategies and monitor performance Ensure every partnership stays aligned with group goals and brand standards Business Development & Sales Identify, prospect, and develop new international clients, distributors, and strategic partners Own the full sales cycle from first conversation through negotiation to signed contract Unlock sustainable commercial opportunities in new and existing markets Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with marketing, supply chain, and education teams to align efforts Coordinate logistics, customs, and contractual aspects of export operations Represent the brand at international trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events What we are looking for… Sales Experience: 2-3+ years driving sales on national or export markets with proven results Team-Player Mindset: Collaborative approach with KPI-driven performance orientation Global Perspective: Natural curiosity about international markets and solution-oriented attitude English Proficiency: Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) Communication Skills: Strong ability to build trust across teams, cultures, and geographies Technical Comfort: Proficiency with Microsoft suite for reporting and collaboration Values Alignment: Act Friendly. Desirable (but not required): Experience working with international markets and cross-border business development Background in beauty and sensorial sales or premium/prestige brands Experience both in-house and on the distribution side of partnerships How success looks: Sales performance against KPIs, the strength and longevity of partnerships you build, and the spirit you bring into the team every day. Your team: You'll partner day-to-day with other Business Developers, work side-by-side with the marketing lead, collaborate closely with education leads, and be part of every conversation around prestige retail and brand development.
