Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Revenue Operations professional to support our commissions operations, ensuring accurate calculations, timely payments, and consistent adherence to compensation plan rules.
This role will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, and Payroll to manage end-to-end commission processes—from data validation and calculation through approvals, payout reporting, and issue resolution—while maintaining strong controls and audit readiness – using our CRM tool Salesforce.
The ideal candidate thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment, is highly reliable with sensitive data, and is passionate about improving accuracy, transparency, and efficiency through clear documentation and process optimization.
