- Assist customers with inquiries over the phone with product inquiries, order entry and invoicing using provided systems and programs.
- Provide accurate availability, pricing, and shipping information.
- Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes.
- Debit, credit, and reconcile accounts on computer spreadsheets and databases, using accounting software provided.
- Utilize CRM program to record quotes, sales, enter AP / AR, and analyze information.
- Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Operate calculators, computers / keyboards, and copy machines to perform calculations and produce documents.
- Execute marketing outreach projects via USPS, email, and targeted customer calling.
- Assist with preparation of trade shows and materials.
- Generate and organize mailing lists using known client lists and trade show mailing lists.
- Generate call lists based on recent quotes and absence of sales.
- 20% Travel to client visits and product showcases.

- High School Diploma required, bachelors degree preferred, and related experience or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a valid U.S. drivers license and be willing and able to operate a motor vehicle and pass a company drug screen.
