We’re Hiring | System Administrator – HR (Contract) Location: Los Angeles, CA 90089 - remote role ⏰ Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Duration: 3–6 months contract (extension possible based on performance) About the Role We are seeking an experienced System Administrator – HR to support and enhance our enterprise HR technology ecosystem. This role is ideal for a detail‑oriented HR systems professional who enjoys working at the intersection of HR, technology, and data, and who thrives in collaborative, fast‑paced environments. You will play a critical role in ensuring HR systems operate efficiently, supporting end users, improving workflows, and delivering accurate reporting to support business decisions. What You’ll Do ✅ Administer, monitor, and support HR systems including HRIS, LMS, ATS, Time & Attendance, and Document Management systems ✅ Ensure daily HR system operations run accurately and on schedule ✅ Partner with HR Systems, IT, and Campus HRIT teams to optimize HR technology solutions ✅ Support system upgrades, integrations, and implementation projects ✅ Design and deliver enterprise reporting solutions (ad hoc reports, dashboards, scheduled reports, and interfaces) ✅ Collaborate with end users and SMEs to ensure data integrity and process optimization, especially within LMS platforms ✅ Run reports, maintain spreadsheets, and track departmental metrics ✅ Create presentations, documentation, and training materials to support HR system users and training initiatives Minimum Qualifications ✔ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field OR 5 years of relevant HR/HRIS experience in lieu of a degree ✔ Minimum 2 years of HR systems support and reporting experience ✔ Experience with project management or system implementations ✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and HRMS/LMS platforms ✔ Strong verbal and written communication skills ✔ Ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels ✔ Excellent analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills Preferred Qualifications ⭐ Experience with Workday, HealthStream, Cornerstone, Kronos, or Document Management systems ⭐ Experience working in a hospital or healthcare environment ⭐ HR certifications (SHRM‑CP, PHR, or equivalent) Why Join Us? ✨ Opportunity to work on impactful HR technology initiatives ✨ Collaborative environment with cross‑functional teams ✨ Potential contract extension based on performance ✨ Gain exposure to enterprise‑level HR systems and reporting
