Job Description:
• Support and improve program operations and processes for talent development initiatives
• Coordinate program logistics and communications with employees and vendors
• Track and analyze program metrics and effectiveness
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and experience
• Manage event coordination and program delivery logistics
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 4+ years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience in talent management, human resources, or program management
• Experience in customer service, event coordination, operations, office administration, or project management
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate diverse activities to meet deadlines
• Strong business writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
