Role Description
We are looking to hire a talented Outbound Sales Associate – Work from home - to join our passionate team at VXI Global Solutions. If you love talking to people, are revved up by a bit of friendly competition, and are passionate about sales, then this job is for you.
As an Outbound Sales Associate, you will:
• Build rapport with customers and ask probing questions to uncover their product needs.
• Offer premium, end-to-end services for our client’s customers via telephone.
• Win back customers that have previously cancelled their service.
• Ensure that all customers receive the best possible service while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Initiate outbound calls through our automatic dialer, providing product information and premium services.
• Meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators and Guidelines in addition to VXI Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain an acceptable level of performance week over week, month over month.
Qualifications
• High School diploma or GED required.
• 6 months of call center experience.
• One-year Outbound Sales background (or equivalent sales background with incentive/quota-based experience) required.
• Driven and self-motivated.
• Understanding of streaming movies and TV shows on the internet.
• Ability to navigate multiple screens/programs and multi-task.
• Impeccable communication skills.
• Working knowledge of personal computers, including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to adapt to new technology.
• Ability to type 25 wpm with 95%+ accuracy.
• Willingness and ability to appear on live video with co-workers in a distraction-free dedicated space.

Requirements
• Internet access provided by a cable or fiber provider.
• Minimum upload speed of 5 Mbps.
• Minimum download speed of 10 Mbps.
• Availability of an Ethernet connection to the internet source is required.
• A secure dedicated office space where monitors are not seen by anyone outside of VXI.
• An environment free from noise where conversations with customers cannot be overheard.
