We are seeking a Group Vice President (GVP), Retail Sales to lead our U.S. Retail enterprise business and drive the next phase of growth, innovation, and market leadership. Reporting to the SVP, Sales Go-To-Market, this leader will accelerate revenue performance, strengthen enterprise sales execution, and elevate UKG’s position across the retail market.
This role requires a highly effective executive who can operate at both the strategic and operational levels—shaping go-to-market direction while ensuring disciplined execution across a complex, multi-team sales organization.
Lead 4–6 enterprise retail sales teams across the United States
Own full accountability for revenue, bookings and talent development
Drive enterprise customer acquisition, growth, and retention
Partner cross-functionally to execute go-to-market strategy
Serve as a key member of the Sales leadership team

About You:
15+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience
Proven success selling to C-level enteprise buyers
5+ years leading multi-team, second-line sales organizations
Track record building high-performing leadership teams
Strong forecasting, pipeline, and execution expertise
P&L ownership and business discipline
Thrives in a matrixed environment
Strong market and competitive perspective
Exceptional communication and influence
Credibility with customers and stakeholders
Experience & Qualifications:
Consistent record of exceeding sales targets at scale
Experience in HCM, WFM, or enterprise SaaS preferred
Experience operating in dynamic, evolving environments
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Ability to travel as required

The base salary for this position is $280k annually, with the opportunity to significantly increase total earnings through a performance-based incentive compensation plan. The plan may provide for the payment of commissions and restricted stock unit awards as part of total compensation.
