About the role

Veremark is a fast-growing background screening company with multi-entity operations across Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, UAE, US, and ANZ. Following a period of significant growth and acquisition activity, we are building out a high-performing finance function to match our ambitions.

As Financial Control & Operations Manager, you will own the integrity and efficiency of Veremark's core accounting and finance operations. This is a hands-on leadership role — you will directly manage a team of three accountants covering the UK/MY, PH/ANZ/UAE and SG/US entities, and be the primary point of accountability for month-end close, AP/AR, payroll accounting, tax and statutory reporting, and financial controls.

You will work closely with the VP Finance and cross-functional teams to ensure the books are clean, close cycles run on time, and the team operates with clarity and accountability.
