Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement new packaging concepts, technologies, and tools to enhance the customer experience and reduce environmental impact.

- Conduct design analysis, testing, and validation to ensure packaging meets performance, quality, and safety standards.

- Lead multiple projects simultaneously, including remote management of activities at vendor/partner labs.
Essential Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, Packaging Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in Mechanical Design, Product Development, Product Testing, or a similar field.
- Proven track record of innovative thinking, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent mechanical design analysis capabilities and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of how products work and interact with their packaging.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
- Knowledge of material and structural testing methods.
- Experience with FEA analysis and design development.
