About the Role
As a Remote Inside Sales Representative at BAO, you will play a critical role in generating qualified meetings for our clients' sales teams through diligent prospecting into targeted accounts. This is a highly visible and rewarding role that offers the opportunity to work with high-profile clients and develop your sales skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with clients' Field Sales Representatives to develop and implement effective prospect plans
- Conduct high-volume prospecting for qualified leads, making 150+ outbound calls per day
- Schedule online and onsite meetings/demonstrations for client Field Sales Representatives
- Execute outbound prospecting and business development techniques to consistently meet or exceed monthly goals
- Actively participate in team meetings and weekly trainings to continuously improve your skills and performance
Essential Qualifications and Experience
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (training provided for the right candidate)
- Persistence and a positive attitude to achieve a high volume of outbound activity each day
- A willingness to implement feedback and coaching to improve conversion rates
- The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills and a results-oriented self-starter attitude
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications
Preferred Qualifications
While not essential, the following skills and experience will be highly regarded:
- Understanding of the sales development process
- Previous experience in a sales or lead generation role
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
