Key Responsibilities:
- Handle both incoming and outgoing calls as it pertains to our client’s accounts, providing exceptional customer service and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- System documentation to reflect all communications with consumers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Review, quality control, and accuracy of information, ensuring that all documentation and records are up-to-date and accurate.
- Tracking all information, including system documentation and necessary logs, to ensure that all customer interactions are properly documented.

- Follow all guidelines, rules, and policies for both our agency and our clients, ensuring compliance and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Qualifications

You will need to be self-managed and focused, with the ability to maintain high levels of productivity in a work-from-home environment. If you have previous call center work experience, that’s a plus, but it’s not required. You will need to have a dedicated home office space, with a reliable high-speed internet connection and the ability to connect to our Secured Assist system using a connection/ethernet cable. You will also need to have a personal mobile device and be able to pick up equipment at our office location as needed.

- Dedicated home office space, with a reliable high-speed internet connection and the ability to connect to our Secured Assist system using a connection/ethernet cable.
- Personal mobile device, with the ability to receive calls and messages.
- Ability to pick up equipment at our office location as needed, with a reliable means of transportation.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary of $17.29 per hour, plus a health and welfare benefit of $4.57 per hour.
