- Escalate and distribute customer issues to relevant departments, following established guidelines and protocols

- Investigate and research solutions to complex customer issues, leveraging your problem-solving skills and knowledge of the credit industry
- Update customer records during conversations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information
- Meet and exceed quantitative metrics and KPIs, including client-facing time, call quality, and occupancy, to drive business growth and success
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 1-2 years of experience in customer services, preferably in the B2C focused financial and banking services industry
- Knowledge of the United States credit industry, including credit cards, lines of credit, and personal loans
- A customer-first orientation and the ability to empathize with clients' needs and concerns

- A dedicated home workspace, with equipment details provided via email during the interview process
- Availability to work remotely in the Eastern Time Zone, with a schedule of Monday to Friday from 10:00 AM to 07:00 PM Eastern Time
