By joining our team, you'll become part of a dynamic organization that values innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction. **Job Summary** As an Experienced Phone and Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for navigating online to verify nurses' credentials, following up with them via written messages, and handling follow-up phone calls to ensure a seamless experience. Your exceptional communication skills, technical savvy, and ability to work independently will make you an invaluable asset to our team. **Key Responsibilities** * Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner * Manage multiple chat channels simultaneously * Follow established communication scripts to handle various topics * Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research, and provide solutions or alternatives * Access company and client resources to accurately handle calls * Perform data entry and customer service tasks * Navigate online efficiently to verify nurses' credentials * Work requests/records received for those requesting to sign up for a shift * Identify customers' needs, research to determine if request has required credentials * Skillfully transition between tasks without compromising efficiency or composure * Maintain punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times * Remain positive and professional in all customer interactions * Demonstrate flexibility to cross-train as requested **Essential Qualifications** * 1 year of customer service or customer support experience * 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required * Technical savvy and ability to navigate online efficiently * Previous remote work from home experience a plus * Quick learner and able to work independently * Type 35 words per minute accurately * Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening * A background check applicable with state and federal laws is required **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in a similar role or industry * Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Technical savvy and ability to navigate online efficiently * Quick learner and able to adapt to new situations * Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening * Ability to maintain punctuality and attendance at all scheduled times **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills.
