Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional instruction and tutoring services to students, using the Mathnasium Method and terminology
- Participate in positive interactions with parents, establishing a high level of confidence and program value
- Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes, including individualized instruction in a group setting
- Assess students' progress throughout instructional sessions, working collaboratively with team members to deliver the best possible experience for students
- Evaluate, grade, and correct student work and homework, providing constructive feedback and support
- Support the maintenance of a clean and professional learning environment, ensuring a safe and productive space for students to learn
- Assist with non-teaching/instructional tasks as needed, contributing to the overall success of the center
Essential Qualifications

- Exceptional math competency, with a strong understanding of mathematical concepts through at least Algebra I
