Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement processes and solutions for data/text mining, analysis, and visualization to enable informed business decisions.
- Apply statistical analysis techniques to examine structured and unstructured data from multiple disparate sources, gaining insights into key business problems and deliverables.
- Utilize current and emerging technologies to evaluate trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations to management.
- Leverage data, statistical and quantitative analysis, and fact-based management to drive decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions to address them.
- Communicate complex data insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through clear and concise written and oral reports.
Essential Qualifications
To succeed as a Data Analyst III at FedEx Dataworks, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics, Engineering, Operations Research, Economics, or Finance.
