**About this role**
As a Customer Support Agent at arenaflex, you'll be part of our talented support team, working remotely with colleagues from around the world. Your primary responsibilities will include:
* Resolving user queries via email, providing timely and effective solutions
* Collaborating with engineers and product managers to identify and resolve issues, making our product easier and more natural to use
* Developing expertise in our users and product, staying up-to-date with the latest features and updates
* Working closely with the support team to optimize support processes and improve efficiency
* Utilizing Zendesk or similar CRM products to manage and track support requests
**You could be a great fit if you have**
* Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work in a team environment, adapting to diverse perspectives and priorities
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions
* Familiarity with both Mac and Windows operating systems
* Ability to adapt and follow through extensive amounts of information on a weekly basis
* 4+ years of experience in Software Customer Support
* Understanding of how to optimize support processes and improve efficiency
* Comfort working with Zendesk or similar CRM products
**Bonus qualifications**
* Experience in subscription-based billing Customer Support
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Communications, or a related field
