What You'll Be Doing
Support clients by providing information, guidance, and assistance throughout their experience
Coordinate requests, schedules, and service-related details to help keep activities running smoothly
Communicate important updates, confirmations, and relevant information in a clear and timely manner
Assist with tracking ongoing requests and ensuring follow-up actions are completed
Help address routine questions and provide solutions using available resources and tools
Review records and documentation to verify accuracy and completeness
Maintain organized digital files and client information within company platforms
Assist with operational and administrative tasks that support daily workflow
Work collaboratively with team members to help maintain a high standard of service
