We are looking for an Executive, Exhibitor Services to support the planning and execution of exhibitions and events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with international exhibitors through email and virtual calls to support event participation.
- Compile and manage exhibitor orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Handle payment processing, collections, and basic financial coordination.
- Support Project Managers with pre-event planning and on-site coordination.
- Provide administrative assistance to the project team, including documentation and tracking tasks.
- Liaise with exhibitors on booth requirements and operational needs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and brief them on order specifications and timelines.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Tourism, Events Management, or a related discipline.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in events, exhibitions, or hospitality support roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Project.
- Strong coordination, communication, and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
