Position Overview
careerzynith is seeking enthusiastic, customer‑focused individuals to join our Contact Center Solutions team as Entry‑Level Customer Service Representatives. This role is open for day, night, and weekend shifts, offering both full‑time (30+ hours) and part‑time schedules. Successful candidates will receive a $350 sign‑on bonus after completing training, a competitive hourly wage starting at $18.00, and the opportunity to earn up to $20.06 per hour after obtaining security clearance and Applicant Line certification. Additional $1.00 per hour increases apply for every hour worked after 6:00 PM, Monday‑Friday.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls from customers, partners, and government agencies with professionalism and courtesy.

- Log and track each interaction in the customer relationship management (CRM) system, capturing essential demographic data and issue details.

Essential Qualifications
