Strategic Alignment and Coordination: Partner with executives to translate strategic initiatives into cohesive plans, serving as the primary liaison and bridge between clinical operations, marketing, digital teams, and leadership to drive enterprise growth and support network retention goals. Progress Tracking and Reporting: Monitor project performance and mitigate risks across operational phases, while leveraging standardized frameworks to provide regular, data-driven updates to stakeholders. Relationship Building: Foster a collaborative, high-trust environment by building strong executive partnerships, providing exceptional support, and actively mentoring and coaching team members. Deliverable Creation: Research, develop, and present high-level executive deliverables, such as strategy roadmaps and capability matrices, while identifying creative solutions to improve process effectiveness. What minimum requirements you’ll need Education: High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required. 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
