Role Overview



We’re looking for a creative, systems-oriented storyteller to shape how Boundless Education is seen and understood globally.



This is not a traditional content role. It’s an opportunity to build a media engine from the ground up—one that translates real experiences, ideas, and voices into content that builds trust, attracts talent, elevates founder voice, and expands global visibility.



You’ll own the development of our YouTube channel as a flagship platform, lead our podcast strategy, elevate founder voice, and turn everyday moments across our global locations into meaningful, high-quality content.

This role combines storytelling with platform strategy, audience growth, and content distribution. It’s ideal for someone who wants to build something original, operate with high autonomy, and create work with real cultural and educational impact.

You’ll work closely with Rekha Tak-Magon, Chief Education Officer, who leads Boundless Education strategy and is Boundless Life's ambassador, and Ric Porteus, Head of Marketing, who leads brand, growth, and content across Boundless Life. Together, you’ll shape how Boundless Education is translated into compelling, high-quality content and distributed globally.

Location

This is a remote role, with preference for candidates based in Canada (Montreal a strong plus) and the EU. Travel to Boundless locations, location of promotional appearances and events is expected.
