At House Rx, we're driven by something special: making specialty medications more accessible and affordable for patients who need them most. Our product, design, and engineering team, part of our broader 300+ person company, is the backbone of that mission, building the systems, workflows, and data infrastructure that help get life-saving drugs into patients' hands.

Our engineering function is growing and we're bringing on a Director of Engineering. This is a high-impact role for a builder and leader who wants their work to matter. We'd love to connect.

About The Role

As Director of Engineering, you will own the technical execution and team leadership of several core engineering pods at House Rx. You'll lead a team of 18, including two Engineering Managers and their respective pods, a Staff Engineer, the QA team, and several direct IC engineers.

You'll report to the VP of Engineering and work alongside a peer Director of Engineering. This is a high-visibility leadership role with real technical expectations. You won't be a distant executive. You'll be in the work: reviewing architecture, unblocking teams, making hard calls, and modeling what great looks like.
